While
all of the serial numbers are considered Binary, only item #7 is
considered a True Binary serial number, as it consists of only 1’s
and zeros, reflecting the fundamental principles of binary code used
in computing which this type of fancy serial number gets its name
from. It would also get a boost in value as the serial number is considered a 'low serial number'.
Binary Serial Number Values
Any website, or publication that estimates the value of a banknote with a binary serial number is just that... an estimate. The best estimate is whatever one recently sold for whether it be eBay or a snooty auction site like Heritage Auctions. This is further convoluted by the condition of the bill, the denomination, the series, and sometimes just how creative the listing title is.

| A radar binary. The serial number reads the same from either direction. Also known as a palindrome. |

| 'Lucky' numbers are more desireable to collectors. 8's are lucky in most asian cultures. |

| Super-Repeater Binary. The 49 repeats all 4 possible times. |

| Quads Binary - Any digit that appears 4-in-a-row is referred to as a quad. Two Quads is better than one, by far. |

| A Super-Low Binary. Often just called a Low-Serial Number as the binary aspect is considered inherent. |

| In addition to Low Serial Numbers, High Serial numbers command a premium as well. This one is also a 'rotator' (or 'flipper') as the digits are still readable if you rotate the bill 180 degrees. |

| Near-Solid Binary. If the 4 were a zero, it would be a Solid Binary, and worth more. |

| 'Million' Binary. Any digital followed by 7 zeros. |
 |
| This one was not described as a binary on the certification, so I suspect the majority of the value is the rarity and condition of the bill itself. Old bills used fewer digits so binaries are easier to find. |
