This unique project aims to connect individuals who own these special $1 star notes, created due to a printing error by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. This error led to the duplication of serial numbers between the Washington DC and Fort Worth, TX facilities, a rarity among New York (B seal) Federal Reserve Notes, making them highly coveted among collectors.

As we celebrate this significant achievement of 65,000 serial numbers, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has contributed to this growing database.
